Job Description
Soliel is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining enterprise web applications. The role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and data integration, as well as leadership in Agile development. This position involves both coding and solution leadership, working on solutions in a secure and mission-critical environment.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Lead technical implementation tasks, provide guidance to mid-level and junior engineers, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data into enterprise systems to support operational processes.
- Build and maintain applications in Azure PaaS environments using Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Support Business Intelligence (BI) development and advanced reporting capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote Agile development principles.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with security standards.
