Job Description
Sollis Health is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to provide concierge medical visits in patients' homes within the LA County area. This role involves coordinating patient care, performing procedures, and ensuring a high level of patient comfort and efficiency in emergency and urgent care settings. The position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote work options and benefits including immediate access to skilled medical care.
Requirements
- Coordinate house calls, including responding to requests and managing patient care.
- Perform medical procedures such as IV access, splinting, and performing point-of-care testing.
- Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with the PCP and specialists.
- Coordinate hand-offs of labs or imaging.
- Coordinate care with virtual services or partner medical teams.
