Provide concierge emergency medical care to patients in clinics under the supervision of an attending Physician.

Requirements

Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
Perform medical procedures such as obtaining IV access, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, and performing EKGs.
Triage incoming patients and determine the right course of action, including virtual or in-person care.
Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including obtaining clinical samples and providing general symptom management.
Document clinical evaluation and treatment in the electronic health record, AthenaHealth.
Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to ensure policies are adhered to and quality care is delivered.
Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners.
Make patients and family members comfortable through patient-centered empathetic communication.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related operational projects as needed.
