Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team at SOLPLANET. As a Service Engineer, you will provide technical troubleshooting support to installers and other customers, as well as collaborate with international and local colleagues to effectively resolve customer issues. You will also plan and coordinate logistics for inverter dispatch and collection, and support the qualification and onboarding of new service partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above technical degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines
• Native in Danish and business fluent in English
• In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers technical requirements
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment
• Prior work experience in a PV related industry is an advantage
