Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at SOLPLANET. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical consultancy and support to customers, develop strong relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with sales teams to maintain customer relationships. We are a diverse and open-minded team that is passionate about renewable energy and is looking for a self-motivated and performance-driven individual to join us.

Requirements

• Bachelor or above technical degrees, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Fluent in Romanian language and business fluent in English.
• In-depth knowledge of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale segments.
• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
