Job Description
SOLPLANET is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers with training, application engineering services, and technical consultancy for solar photovoltaic inverters, energy storage systems, and EV chargers. The role involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with sales teams, and providing feedback to Product Management to enhance the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Fluent in Arabic and business fluent in English.
- In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Quick learner with desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
