Job Description
Solugen seeks a Manager – Defense Business Operations & Partnerships to support its growing defense and national security business by enabling and executing complex partnerships across the defense industry.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of fulltime experience in business operations, consulting, program management, government contracting, or defense-adjacent roles
- Experience supporting complex partnerships, agreements, or multi-party initiatives
- Familiarity with defense industry, government contracting, or regulated industrial environments preferred
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently advance workstreams while operating within a clear senior leadership structure
