Technicien en télécommunication / réseautique

Perform maintenance, diagnosis, modification, installation, configuration, inspection, and administration of network communication systems and telecom systems. Configure and administer voice and data processing networks. Ensure the availability of all telecommunications components in different environments.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in information technology
• 3 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• Knowledge in access and distribution connectivity (LAN / MAN / IP / MPLS)
• Knowledge in wireless connectivity (radio, cellular, LoRaWan)
• Experience with service robustness (failover)
• Experience with network operational model (N-Level 1 to N-Level 2 to N-Level 3, Escalade)
• French (written and spoken) at a professional level
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to travel in the Quebec City region
