We are looking for passionate and dynamic social workers to join our team to intervene in remote areas. As a social worker, you will be assigned to accompany individuals or families in a situation of social fragility, ensuring a personalized follow-up, proposing adapted solutions, and promoting the autonomy of beneficiaries.

Requirements

• Social Worker diploma
• Member of the Order of social workers and conjugal and family therapists of Quebec
• Experience in SAD
• Significant experience in social accompaniment
• Good listening, empathy, and ability to establish a trusting relationship
• Good knowledge of social and legislative devices
• Ability to work in a team and in partnership with other professionals
• Autonomy, rigor, and respect for confidentiality
• Desired driving license
