Job Description
Solutus is seeking a Senior Counsel/Director of Commercial Counsel to drive large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish, working with government entities and business operations. The role involves acquiring, leasing, and building infrastructure assets, while supporting procurement, risk management, and legal strategy. This is an on-site position based in Long Beach, CA.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 7+ years of post-JD experience.
- Proven experience driving large-scale real estate, infrastructure, or construction projects from start to finish.
