Senior Legal Counsel, US – East Coast (Remote) (933-SLS)

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to anchor our client's go-to-market strategy in the United States. You will handle complex enterprise SaaS agreements, advise on privacy, data security, AI, and regulatory issues, and support US corporate matters.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience handling commercial SaaS deals
• Familiarity with privacy and marketing issues
• Experience with federal and state public sector procurement
• Open source and AI licensing issues
• Early-stage commercial and IP dispute assessment
