SOLV Energy is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to help strengthen company culture, improve employee understanding of key initiatives, and deliver clear and engaging communication to all employees.
Requirements
- 4â6 years of experience in internal communications or a related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong experience with SharePoint as an intranet platform
- Deep experience using Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OneDrive
- Comfort using AI tools for drafting, reviewing and standardizing communications
