Job Description
Join Solv, a healthcare technology company, as a Staff Product Manager to make a real-world impact by improving healthcare accessibility, transparency, and efficiency. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own initiatives across our product portfolio, from patient scheduling and provider communication tools to AI-powered experiences that personalize and streamline care.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of product management experience at high-growth SaaS, B2B2C, or high-performing product companies
- Experience building both traditional software products and AI/LLM-enhanced products (healthtech experience is a plus)
- Strong product and UX intuition — able to distill complexity into elegant solutions
- A balanced perspective on AI — knowing when it’s the right lever and when simpler solutions win
- Data-driven decision-making, using analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback
- Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive outcomes
- Comfort in high-growth, fast-changing environments
- A passion for improving healthcare and making a real-world impact
