Director of Quality

Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Director of Quality to develop and lead the company's quality strategy across supplier quality assurance, inbound quality control, value-added services quality, and outbound customer quality performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of progressive quality leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, supplier quality, or industrial operations environments
• Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), CAPA processes, root cause analysis methodologies, statistical process control, and Lean manufacturing principles
