Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Sr. Pricing Manager to elevate its approach to value, margin, and competitive pricing. The ideal candidate will architect a modern pricing framework, lead a team of Proposal & Pricing Specialists, and drive broader strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
• 5+ Years of pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis experience in industrial manufacturing and distribution
• 3+ years managing people
• Strong product and industry acumen
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in ERP operating systems (ideally P21/Epicor)
