IT & Security Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on IT and security professional to own everything: device management, user onboarding, compliance programmes, and customer-facing SSO configuration. You will be joining a lean, fast-moving team and building the internal infrastructure that lets us scale without breaking.

What You Will Do

Owning internal IT operations, building our security and compliance posture, managing customer-facing SSO, and designing the systems that scale.

You will work closely with the CTO and engineering team to make decisions, bringing your own recommendations and driving things forward. You will have the opportunity to build and own a function that matters to everything else we do.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on IT experience in a corporate or startup environment
• Device management experience, Mac fleet and Google Workspace administration
• Comfort owning user onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS access management end to end
• Security and compliance awareness, and the discipline to build repeatable processes around it
