IT Risk & Compliance Officer

We are seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team and play a crucial role in meeting assurance frameworks, such as SOC 1, SOC 2 and ISO 27001. As an IT Risk & Compliance Officer, you will work with reports and audits, carry out compliance tasks, redesign processes, and work with colleagues to develop and maintain standards.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a service organization or technical environment comparable to Solvinity, with insight into risks from complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and/or compliance and knowledge of ISMS processes.
• Fluent communication in Dutch and English; at least NT2 level in listening and reading for non-native Dutch.
• Strong communication, social, and analytical skills.
• Proactive and convincing in approach and communication, both written and verbally.
• Results-oriented, with focus on cooperation, deadlines, and stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Academic level and inquiring attitude to identify opportunities for improvement.
