We're looking for an Ecommerce Trading Executive to support a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, act as the main point of contact, and lead strategy, performance, and delivery. You will own trading calendars, lead product merchandising strategy, and continuously optimise AOV, conversion rate, and GMV.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising, or online retail
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, AOV growth, promotional mechanics, product lifecycle management, and creation of bundles
- Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets
- Commercially minded and confident making decisions
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients
