AREA MANAGER | DIGITAL & MARKETING

We are looking for a Digital and Marketing Area Manager to lead the Note! Digital and Marketing team. The successful candidate will define, coordinate, and implement the Digital and Marketing strategy for the brand, increasing its notoriety, reach, and engagement, generating qualified traffic on digital platforms, and ensuring sustainable sales growth.

Requirements

• Higher education in Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar areas
• Consolidated experience (at least 10 years) in marketing, digital marketing, and e-commerce management
• Competences in Brand Strategy, Social Media, and Performance Marketing
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and directing to high performance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Energy and focus on innovating and overcoming challenges
• Creativity and disruptive vision
• Analytical and information interpretation skills
• Collaboration and empathy
