We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Labs & AI Transformation team at MC Digital, with experience in software development, AI, and DevOps culture, to design, implement, and support AI agents and solutions in software development life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas
- 5 or more years of experience in software development in production, with a history in large-scale systems and high availability
- Full-stack experience in backend technologies (e.g..NET, Node.js) and frontend (e.g. React, TypeScript)
- Domain knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- DevOps culture and continuous integration
- Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence
- Technical leadership capacity
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders
