We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Labs & AI Transformation team at MC Digital. The ideal candidate will have higher education in Computer Engineering or related areas, 5 or more years of experience in software development in production, and solid knowledge of software architecture.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and evolve architectures of Artificial Intelligence agents, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration with existing products.
- Lead the technical design of AI agent architectures — from orchestration standards (multi-agent, RAG, tool-use) to their operationalization in production context.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines, and processes that facilitate integration and adoption of solutions by engineering teams.
- Work closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders, acting as a point of connection (developer relations) for adoption, integration, and evolution of agents.
- Promote good practices in quality, security, and observability in AI-based solutions.
- Ensure that AI agents and systems pass through CI/CD processes, model/prompt versioning, and monitoring in production.
- Bring a higher education in Computer Engineering or related areas, 5 or more years of experience in software development in production, and solid knowledge of software architecture.
