Requirements

• Challenging and accompanying transversal and complex projects, from initiative design to value delivery;
• Training and developing teams through continuous and demanding feedback, ensuring the quality of results and maintaining a constant execution pace;
• Ensuring the focus on results, business impact, and consistent monitoring of KPIs;
• Acting as a change agent, promoting new ways of working, greater collaboration, and a solid culture of execution;
• Facilitating alignment and decision-making between multiple stakeholders;
