Job Description

Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in leading software development teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong technical background in software development, with experience in Java, JavaScript, or other programming languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers
- Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and automated testing
