Product Designer

Sonar is looking for a passionate product design generalist to join their Product Design team. The ideal candidate will own product design for a squad, research and map complex user workflows, and integrate AI into every stage of their design workflow.

Requirements

• Experience organizing data-heavy environments into logical structures and mapping user journeys that minimize friction
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation and design velocity
• Ability to articulate design decisions and the 'why' behind them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Delivery mindset. Your role does not end when the design is handed off
