Product Designer

Sonar is driving the future of agent-centric software development. We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Product Design team, where you will own product design for a squad, research and map complex user workflows, and integrate AI into your design workflow. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience for our developer and agent users.

Requirements

• Experience organizing data-heavy environments into logical structures and mapping user journeys that minimize friction
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design velocity
• Self-starter mindset with the drive to identify UX gaps and propose structural improvements without being prompted
• Ability to articulate design decisions and the 'why' behind them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in a cross-functional environment where feedback is shared openly and success is a team effort
• Delivery mindset. Your role does not end when the design is handed off
• Bonus points if you have a technical background in computer science or software development
