They are looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel to drive initiatives and manage critical matters relating to commercial contracting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial/technology experience
- Bar admission
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
- Ability to lead complex matters from start to finish
