Job Description
Sonar is a code quality and security analysis tool used by over 30 programming languages, frameworks, and infrastructure technologies. They are looking for a Technical Advisor to grow the adoption of Sonar within Accounts, focus on improving Account maturity, reduce churn/downgrade, and increase user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the team and the account, advocating for the value of Sonar and staying up-to-date on technical developments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development or DevOps engineering
- 5+ years of experience in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities
- High listening and communication skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Can-do attitude and autonomy
- Analytical skills
