Job Description
Sonar is seeking a Technical Advisor to increase Account Sonar usage and maturity, reduce churn, increase satisfaction and provide an advisory role for the account. The advisor will focus on escalating pain points, evangelizing the Clean Code concept, educating Sponsors and ensuring alignment with the company's roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and technical skills.
Requirements
- Proven practical experience (at least 5 years) in software development or DevOps engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities
- High listening skills and the ability to formalize and abstract elements expressed by customers and partners
- Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
