Registered Counsellor

Sonder is a company that provides 24/7 support for workplace health, safety, and wellbeing through a mobile platform and human expertise. They are seeking a Registered Counsellor to provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to members across multiple countries. The ideal candidate has a minimum Bachelor's degree in Counselling, valid registration with a professional body, and at least 3 years of experience in 1-2-1 therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy to members within a stepped care model.
• Conduct six online counselling sessions per day
• Work with members from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally safe and inclusive support.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case notes in compliance with best practice standards.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision, training, and quality assurance activities to ensure high professional standards.
