Job Description
Sonder is redefining workplace health, safety, and wellbeing through a blend of technology and human expertise, providing 24/7 support from safety, medical, and mental health professionals. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. This role involves joining the Sonder Responders Network in a casual capacity, providing in-person support to members and working a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster. Former workers in identified industries are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work
- Strong network of contacts in the local area
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
