Job Description
Sonder is redefining workplace health, safety, and wellbeing by blending technology and human expertise. Their mobile platform provides 24/7 support from safety, medical, and mental health professionals, offering both digital and on-the-ground assistance. They are scaling globally and seeking passionate individuals to join their Response Network, providing in-person support to members in need with a flexible, on-call roster.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work
- Strong network of contacts in the local area
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
