Job Description
Sonder is redefining workplace health, safety, and wellbeing by blending technology and human expertise. The company provides 24/7 support from safety, medical, and mental health professionals, ensuring immediate care and on-the-ground assistance when needed. Sonder is rapidly growing, expanding across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and seeks passionate individuals to join their Response Network, providing in-person support to members in coordination with the Support Centre.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work and a strong network of contacts in the local area
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
