Echo Electric is looking for a Branch Manager to lead their new branch in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in business, sales, or operations management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch performance, developing business relationships with customers and suppliers, and driving sales growth.

• Ability to lead people, coach, and motivate talent
• Demonstrated customer and vendor relationship building and maintenance skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports
