Job Description
We are looking for a Deployment Manager to lead and oversee the transformation of operation companies at Sonepar Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the current state of the business, developing a transformation strategy, governing the project, coordinating streams, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership skills, experience in digital transformation, and a multicultural background.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing transformation
- Strong leadership skills
- Multicultural experience
- Relevant work experience in roles related to digital transformation, project management, or business strategy
- Experience in agile methodology (preferred)
