Robertson Electric Wholesale is a highly regarded Electrical Distributor in Canada seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic company. The role is critical for the business' success and involves handling customer service requests, quoting customers, and assisting Account Managers.

Requirements

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner
• Responsible for handling customer service requests which include – order entry, pricing, order maintenance, etc.
• Responsible for quoting customers
• Duties also include checking inventory for product availability, providing delivery dates to customers, and verifying prices
• Assist and support Account Managers with active orders and requests
• Deal with product-related problems that customers may have, such as defective products and the return of products
• Responsible for spec products for customers
