Lead Solutions Specialist - Industrial Controls and Automation

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team at Crawford Electric Supply. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical sales support, business development, and solution development for industrial automation clients. The role requires a strong understanding of automation solutions, PLC programming, VFDs, motion control, and industrial communication protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years in industrial automation sales or engineering
• Experience with end-users, OEMs and system integrators preferred
