M365 Platform Owner

Sonepar is seeking a M365 Platform Owner to drive the evolution and adoption of the Microsoft 365 platform across its international and decentralized model. The role involves overseeing platform operations, technical control, and delivery, as well as driving adoption and change management through communication, training, and gamification.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and scaling a Microsoft 365 platform in a complex, international environment
• Leadership experience in technical or functional internal & external teams
• Global mindset with ability to work effectively with decentralized teams dispersed across multiple international locations
• Experience with M365 Managed Services and Adoption implementations and managing global external service providers
