Requirements
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams to maintain optimal stock.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff to ensure high performance and safety.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Purchasing, Operations) to align logistics with business needs.
