Banquet Server

The Banquet Server provides exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Relay food and beverage orders.
• Perform pre and post shift side work set-up condiments, etc.
• Properly store all reusable goods.
• Clear tables after service.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction;
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
• Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set-up and break down a function space and plating of meals
