Food and Beverage Supervisor

Sonesta Emeryville is looking for a Food and Beverage Operations Lead to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, kitchen, banquets, catering, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage and 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
• Must be flexible to work variable days of the week to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be flexible to work variable shifts (days, nights, overnights).
• Must have a high school graduate, some college or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Food and Beverage.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in managerial role.
• Must have excellent communication skills, oral and writing.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit frequently.
