Job Description
The Human Resources Coordinator sets the tone for Sonesta’s Culture of Caring. This role works with all Human Resources staff to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource department and deliver HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or related field
- Prior experience in hospitality, service industry, or unionized environments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS systems, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
