Room Attendant

The Room Attendant (RA) works with the Housekeeping Management Team to clean guest rooms and public space areas, and/or work in the commercial laundry facility, in accordance with brand time, product and placement standards to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service in all interactions with guests and clients
• Respond to guest complaints, special requests
• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
• Notify supervisor when service is completed
• Report any room unable to be serviced
• Monitor laundry supplies and equipment
• Operate washers and dryers according to hotel standards and manufacturers' guidelines
• Fold and store clean linens, report damages to supervisor
• Minimize waste of supplies and amenities
• Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions
• Handle all lost and found items
• Promote teamwork and quality service
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety services
