Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Compliance, Health Sciences, Healthcare Data Science, or Healthcare Administration
- Solid knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, etc.)
- 3 years of experience in medical and/or laboratory billing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Excel and auditing/monitoring tools
- Confidence advising leaders and team members on compliance and governance matters
