Job Description
We're seeking a per diem surgical pathologist to join our team at Greensboro Pathology Services PLLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in anatomic and/or clinical pathology and be certified by the American Board of Pathology or American Osteopathic Board of Pathology. In this role, you will examine and interpret prepared tissue sections and body fluids, diagnose diseases, and provide diagnostic information to treating physicians.
Requirements
- Doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy
- Unlimited and unrestricted license to practice medicine or osteopathy
- Completion of an approved four year residency in anatomic and/or clinical pathology
- Completion of a two year surgical medical fellowship
- Certification in anatomic or clinical pathology by the American Board of Pathology or American Osteopathic Board of Pathology
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Compliance with all State, Federal, professional regulations, and company and departmental rules, polices, and procedural manuals
