Requirements
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager or similar role within healthcare
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing financials, systems, and clinic operations
- Solid computer skills and adaptability with medical software
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
