Driver
Must have a valid driver's license, ability to bend, push, pull, and ER in excess of 50lbs, CDL endorsement preferred and required where necessary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
1 year of experience, LPN license, and current licensure
Nursing LPN LVN
Minimum 1 year experience required, licensed as an LPN/LVN, and maintain current licensure
Cook
1-2 years of experience in a similar position, exceptional customer service skills, and observance of work rules
Dining Service Chef
1-2 years of experience and good customer service skills
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
1+ years of experience, LPN licensure, and ability to administer medications
Nursing QMA
Must be licensed as a Medication Aide in IN and maintain current licensure. Provides medications, supervises CNAs, and provides patient care
Driver
Valid driver's license, CDL endorsement, and ability to lift 50lbs
Dining Service Server
1-2 years' experience in a similar position and providing exceptional customer service and care to seniors
Dining Service Chef
1-2 years of experience in a similar position, customer service skills, and knowledge of food service and safety rules
