Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must be licensed as an LPN and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand
• Pulls and prepares patient charts
