Senior Manager, FP&A

We are seeking a high-impact, hands-on Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and performance management across multiple product lines in our private equity-backed company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
• 7-12+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience in a public company or private equity-backed environment
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level reporting
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (ERP, planning tools)
• Proven ability to operate with urgency, accuracy, and accountability in fast-paced environments
