Requirements

• Ensures patient safety and experience are the top priority
• Executes strict HIPAA protocol
• Achieves key metrics including monthly sales, upsell targets, and productivity goals
• Reviews paperwork thoroughly prior to procedure
• Performs treatments per company policy and procedure
• Ensures delivery of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety
• Recognizes the need to elevate care to RN and/or Physician for resolution
• Demonstrates knowledge of standard precautions, hand hygiene, transmission-based precautions, and personal protective equipment
• Practices Quality Improvement measures according to QI policy and AAAHC guidelines
• Comprehends Sono Bello’s electronic tracking tools and databases
• Establishes and maintains a secure knowledge and understanding of all policies, procedures, and associated forms
• Assumes responsibility for the successful completion of initial and annual training requirements
• Attends and participates in scheduled clinic and corporate meetings
• Provides back-up support for other administrative staff as necessary
• Maintains BLS certification
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
