Quality Technician I (1st shift)

Quality Technician I role at Sonoco Products Company, responsible for problem solving to ensure quality expectations of customers, conducting required off-line testing, and ensuring customer feedbacks are completed on-time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality in a manufacturing environment
• Calibration of test equipment, operation of test equipment, and root cause/corrective action skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable, good initiative, committed, and quality focused
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Ability to perform repetitious duties, including stairs and standing for long periods of time
